We are an association with purpose (officially called non-profit) registered in Panama since 2013. Our pilot project, Suelo, was realized in 2014 with crowdfunding and the valuable time of associated collaborators. From the next project, LAB de Arte y Ciencia 2015, we partnered with the German Healy Foundation (FundAHrte) and had the support of the National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SENACYT) as well as other local and international organizations who provided us with monetary and in-kind support. To finance projects we rely on contracted projects, consultancies, sales of our publications and donations. We believe that sustainability lies in the networks that support and accompany us on this path of greater reciprocity with the planet and all its inhabitants. Since 2020 we are members of the Green Art Lab Alliance.
Since 2024 we are part of Sites of… Practice with E-Werk Lukenwalde and 7 other organizations in Europe. It is a program that supports organizations that respond to the polycrisis.
